When we visit your home, we can see how you use your kitchen, take correct measurements, and understand what you really need.

When we come to your home, we see things you might miss. We notice where the light comes in, how people move around, and what makes your current kitchen tricky to use.

When you book an in-home consultation with Kudos Kitchens, either Michael or Emma will visit your home. We don't send sales people - you'll meet the actual people who run the business.

Michael has years of experience working with kitchens and has seen every problem you can imagine. He founded Kudos Kitchens in 2022 after seeing too many poorly fitted kitchens with problems that could have been avoided with proper planning.

Emma brings her super organisational skills (honed from raising five kids!) and creative eye to help turn your ideas into practical designs.

How to Prepare for Your In-Home Consultation

Getting ready for our visit doesn't need to be stressful, but a little preparation helps us make the most of our time with you.

Before we arrive, it's helpful if you can:

• Tidy your kitchen enough that we can see the space (but we don't expect a showhouse!)
• Write down what you like and dislike about your current kitchen
• Collect pictures of kitchens you love (from magazines, Pinterest, etc.)
• Think about your budget (even a rough idea helps)
• Make sure all decision-makers can be there (partners, housemates, etc.)
• Clear access to the areas around your kitchen if you're thinking of changing the layout

Don't worry about clearing everything out - we need to see how you actually use your kitchen! We once visited a home in Farnsfield where the owner apologized for all the pots and pans on the counters, but seeing that actually helped us design better storage solutions for their cookware.

After the Consultation

After we visit your home, we don't just disappear. Here's what happens next:

1. Within 7 days, we'll create a detailed design proposal based on our visit
2. We'll email you the design plans and a detailed quote
3. We'll call to talk through the design and answer any questions
4. If you want changes, we'll revise the design (no extra charge)
5. Once you're happy, we can move forward with ordering and scheduling installation
6. If you decide not to go ahead, that's completely fine - no pressure!
